할슈타트 하이드어웨이 호텔 2박 후기 ★★★★★ 이번 동유럽 여행지 중 가장 행복했던 시간이었어요. 매일 아침 호수의 일출을 보고, 저녁엔 노을이 지는 걸 보고, 낮에는 호수 위에 윤슬이 가득 반짝이는 모습까지 볼 수 있었어요. 밥을 먹으며 통창 너머로 호수와 산을 바라보는 것만으로도 너무 힐링이 됐어요. 관광객으로 붐비는 중심가 한복판은 아니지만 중심가의 바로 뒷골목이라서, 조용히 쉬면서도 마을 구경은 편하게 다닐 수 있어요. 숙소에서 조금만 걸어가면 프라이빗 정원도 있어요. 호숫가에 놓인 선베드에 누워 호수와 산을 바라보며 쉬어보세요. 여기서 인생샷도 건졌어요! 📸 관리인분도 정말 친절하셨어요. 미리 연락드리면 택시 타는 곳까지 마중 나와 짐을 옮겨주시고, 커피 내리는 방법도 하나하나 알려주셨어요. 할슈타트는 짐 들고 이동하기가 쉽지 않은데, 정말 큰 도움이 됐어요. 리셉션이 따로 없어서 불편했다는 후기가 많아 걱정했는데, 미리 메일로 온 연락처로 왓츠앱을 통해 연락하면 빠르게 응대해 주세요. 조식도 훌륭했어요. 과일, 햄, 치즈, 빵, 요거트까지 트레이 가득가득 푸짐하게 나오고, 웬만한 호텔 조식보다 맛있었어요. 조식은 체크인할 때 신청하는 것보다 미리 왓츠앱으로 신청하면 20~30% 더 저렴하니 꼭 미리 신청하세요! 다이슨 드라이기가 구비되어 있어요. 다만 슬리퍼, 샴푸, 칫솔은 없으니 미리 챙겨가세요! 그리고 9시쯤 이른 아침 관광객들이 몰려오기 전에 숙소 주변을 걸으면, 고요한 호숫가와 동화같은 마을을 온전히 누릴 수 있어요. 밤에는 별도 잘 보이고, 해 질 녘 불 켜진 마을 풍경은 말이 필요 없어요. 다시 할슈타트에 간다면 고민 없이 이곳에 또 묵을 거예요. 🦢🏔️

We have been looking forward to our trip to the hideaway and it didn’t disappoint.It was all we were expecting and more .An incredible suite with breathtaking views.We had everything we needed in there and if we needed anything else we could of turned to Raja and Bhadar who were always there to assist with anything we wished for.They are very attentive and do a great job. The breakfast that they brought to our room was exceptional,so well presented and great quality and value. I would highly recommended this place to anyone and we look forward to returning again.

Absolutely wonderful and grateful hosts. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast with fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads as the fog settled over the morning glass. Thank you so much 😊 the room was beautiful, and had games in different languages, a guitar was in the room. It felt like someone’s authentic hideaway.

The apartment was beautiful with breathtaking views, perfect for a quiet getaway. The in-room breakfast served was excellent and on time for us to catch our early ferry ride too! The hosts/receptionists, Raja and Bhadar, were extremely helpful, hardworking, welcoming, this truly left a wonderful impression on us.

My husband and I had a enjoyable stay at Hallstatt Hideaway. It's very charming and aptly fits the name "hideaway." It feels tucked away, and is quaint and cozy. Raja helped us with our luggage. It's about a 5 minute walk after being dropped off in the bus parking lot, then up two flights of stairs. My husband and I paid for the optional breakfast, which was delicious. Raja brought it over in the morning. The view from the upstairs bedroom window is especially pretty. 😊 Amanda

Hallstatt is an absolute fairytale town, then you pair it with this incredible, perfectly designed Hideaway suite with the most gracious host (Raja), 11/10 recommend!!!! It’s a perfect location, breakfast is absolutely amazing, you don’t even need to get out of bed to see the sunrise coming over the mountains with a lake view. Truly incredible experience.

The rooms at Hallstatt Hideaway offer a beautiful view, and to be fair, the provided body soap was of very good quality and smelled great. However, our stay was ultimately ruined by terrible hygiene standards that do not match the expensive price tag. Be aware that you are required to take your shoes off upon entering the hotel and wear their provided slippers. I highly recommend bringing your own slippers from home because the hotel cuts corners by providing reused "disposable" slippers featuring the logos of completely different hotel chains. Putting on those scary, unhygienic slippers was deeply uncomfortable. The lack of cleanliness extended into the bathroom, where we found mold in the shower. To make matters worse, the staff member who brought breakfast to our room had a severe, overwhelming body odor. The scent trapped inside the room was so bad that we had to leave our suite doors and windows wide open after every interaction just to breathe fresh air, completely ruining our morning. Stunning views and nice soap cannot make up for a lack of basic cleanliness and professionalism. Avoid until management fixes these issues.

The rooms are very clean and the view from the room of the lake and the mountain was just stunning. Two Indian gentlemen helped us with our luggage up the stairs and down the stairs and they were very kind and helpful.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a huge lake front balcony with hot tub. We ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delivered fresh to our room. It was perfect! Bhadar and Raja went above and beyond to accommodate us, carrying bags, helping to arrange shuttle and getting breakfast. The room wooden cabin feel and had fantastic view of Hallstatt and the lake. There were board games, good bed , good shower. Be sure not to lose your parking ticket for the parking lot but we got it sorted out regardless. Would recommend. Like.

Wonderful location but suite not meeting expectations ☺View and location ☹Small bed rooms only to be reached with very steep stairs. One of bedrooms can only be ventilated by opening an outside door There is no air conditioning. Kitchen is small kitchenette with small hotel mini fridge. Hottub likely caused severe skin infection at one of our family members Staff communication about luggage shuttle options not clear and timely so we handled the walk to p1 parking ourselves.

This property was significantly overpriced for the quality of the experience my family and I had while visiting from California. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with our stay. Communication with the property manager was very poor throughout our visit, although they were quick to reach out when they needed our credit card information for taxes. The penthouse is marketed as a premium accommodation and comes with a very high price tag, but the unit itself felt worn, outdated, and in need of significant upgrades. The staircases were particularly challenging to navigate, especially when carrying suitcases, which may be difficult for many guests. On a positive note, the bathroom was spacious, modern, and one of the nicer features of the property. The surrounding area is also quite expensive, which only added to the frustration of what turned out to be a disappointing experience. Looking back, I wish we had simply visited the area as a day trip rather than spending so much on accommodations that did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

8月の中旬に3名で一泊しました。重いスーツケースを持って移動するには少し大変な坂道と階段の上にあるのですが、到着するととても親切であたたかいおもてなしを受けました。部屋の中はミニマルな家具と広々したバスルーム。何よりも窓がたくさんあって美しい湖を朝から晩まで楽しめます。私たちが滞在した期間は雨も多く降っていましたが、それでも時折晴れ間が見えて、両方の天気を楽しむことができました。オススメは宿泊者だけが利用できるPrivate gardenと朝食です。 Private gardenはあいにく雨が降り、あまりゆっくりできませんでしたが、晴れたら静かに絶景を楽しむことができると思います。また、朝食は部屋に用意してくれるのですが、窓の景色を眺めながらあたたかいごはんを食べられるのは最高です。スタッフの方はWhat's Appで繋がっており、質問なども気軽にやり取りをすることができます。細やかなサービスで本当に最高の滞在になりました。また戻ってきたいです！

We (family of 4) stayed for one night at Hallstatt Hideaway and booked directly with them. The view from the penthouse was absolutely stunning and easily one of the highlights of our stay. The penthouse was very well equipped, with a jacuzzi, bathtub and walk-in shower, plenty of towels and bathrobes, as well as a Dyson hairdryer and Dyson air purifier. The kitchen was also impressively well stocked with cookware and plenty of tableware. The sink and cooking area itself was a little small, so it may feel slightly tight if you plan to do much cooking, but for a short stay it had everything we needed. One thing to be aware of is the stairs. Getting up to the penthouse with large or multiple suitcases can be challenging, and the internal stairs leading up to the loft area are also quite steep. The staff were very attentive about this and repeatedly reminded us to be careful as the stairs could be slippery. They were also extremely helpful with our luggage, carrying our suitcases both at check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. The main area that could be improved is communication. As we booked directly, we received messages through several channels, including email and WhatsApp, and they did not always seem fully coordinated. We received email regarding things we had already communicated, and we were also unable to update the number of guests through the phone. More centralised communication would make the experience much smoother. Overall, we really enjoyed our night here. The spectacular view, thoughtful amenities and very helpful staff made it a memorable stay in Hallstatt.

We had a wonderful stay in the Royal Suite WALD at Hallstatt Hideaway. The room has plenty of character and, above all, beautiful views over the lake. The housekeeper was particularly proactive and helpful, checking in on us and making an effort to ensure that everything was in order. We also loved the bathtub. Having such a substantial bathtub in a heritage property like this must have been quite a challenge to install, and it makes for a rather special feature of the suite. There are a few areas where the experience could be made even better. More regular housekeeping, particularly to sweep away spiderwebs that accumulate along the high ceilings, would help maintain the premium feel of the suite. Ventilation could also be improved — the Dyson air purifier/filter appeared to be exhausted and due for replacement or servicing. Finally, a newer and better television would be a worthwhile upgrade given the overall standard and price point of the accommodation. These are suggestions rather than deal-breakers. Overall, the WALD Suite is a beautiful and distinctive place to stay in Hallstatt, combining the charm of an older property with fantastic views and thoughtful service. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Odradzam każdemu. ☺Nie polecam. Obsługa od samego początku stwarzała problemy. ☹Bardzo skomplikowany kontakt z obsługą hotelu która jest bardzo roszczeniowa, konfliktowa i robi wszystko aby, nie pomóc. Dodatkowo jakuzi na tarasie cały czas się włącza i hałasuje nawet w nocy. Ponadto słychać hałas z innych pokoi. Klimatyzacja nie sprawna.
